General household pest control covers the following pests: Roaches, (if german roaches, frequency of service will change and will change cost), Earwigs, Spiders, Silverfish and Ants. Some ants like big headed and fire ants may require a yard spray which will be an additional cost.

Service includes:

          Interior: Dust and bait in void in kitchen, bath and pocket door. Baseboard spray with environmentally safe solution.

            Attic: Annual inspection in attic for rodents and pests. Pests may be treated with dust, bait or fogger, depending on treatment needed. Additional costs for rodents.

            Exterior: Spider sweep, which entails cleaning webs off doors, garage, and pool cage. Remove wasps and muddler nests. Honey bees require different treatment and additional cost. The exterior spray includes window sills, around doors, garage and pool cage, perimeter of home and in flower beds. Granules used for in soil pests.

Next 3 services on an annual agreement include:

          Interior: As needed or wanted. If interior service is wanted, treatment will be for the most common potential problem areas; kitchen, bath, wash room, garage, doorways and lanai.

            Exterior: exterior service is the same as the initial service each time.

Complete interior and attic inspections will be done on annual renewal month. Callbacks included with annual agreement for pests listed above.
